RECOMMENDED USE: Source of essential fatty acids for the maintenance of good health. Helps to support cognitive health and/or brain function.

INGREDIENT PER 1 TABLESPOON (15 ml):
Linum usitatissimum (Flax Seed Oil) …………….15 ml

OTHER INGREDIENT: Vitamin E (Mixed Tocopherols concentrate).

RECOMMENDED SERVING: Adults: Take 1 – 2 tablespoon(s) per day. Shake well before use. Consume within ten (10) weeks of opening.

DURATION OF USE: May be used up to 3 months.

CAUTIONS: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have clotting disorders, are taking blood thinners or oral medication or if symptoms persist. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have acute abdominal pain and/or intestinal obstruction.
